In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return goods purchased from the company "ModernPools" within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to compliance with all the rules provided by the Law.

In the event that defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, has the right to demand:
The consumer's requirements provided for in this article shall not be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (the enterprise that satisfies the consumer's requirements established by the first part of this article) prove that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality check of the goods personally or through his/her representative.
How to return a product?
To process a return, you must:
1. Print, fill out and sign the return application.
2. Complete the return, which consists of:
a. product
b. signed return application
3. Send the return via Nova Poshta (shipping details are provided below).
4. Wait for the SMS notification about the return receipt at the warehouse. The funds will be transferred within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse.
Return by Nova Poshta:
Shipping costs are based on Nova Poshta rates.
To send a parcel, please indicate: recipient company details, recipient address, telephone number. (all details are provided by our managers after signing the return application)
When the return arrives at the company's warehouse, you will receive an SMS with information that the product has been accepted for return.
Please note: If the recipient's details are incorrect, we cannot guarantee delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.
Pay attention
Return of goods of proper quality is possible only if their consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no signs of use, original and undamaged packaging);
To consider your return request, you must send us the product and a completed return application (we send it at the customer’s request);
The refund period depends on the method of return and is no more than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse together with the return application completed by the Buyer. Please note that refunds to a bank card are carried out faster than postal money order and are up to 3 working days;
A defective/incorrectly assembled product (a product that you did not order or that does not match what you ordered) must be returned to us in its original packaging;

If the returned item was prepaid, the refund is made to the card from which the prepayment was made.
Please note that if the item you sent is not returnable, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
