Infinity Pool
Endless or as it is more often called infinity pool is a swimming pool in which the liquid physically flows over the edge or even a few edges, creating a visual sensation of endless and boundless azure water. Such artificial reservoirs are often created where the edge of the pool is set against a beautiful panorama or sky. They are also sometimes found in expensive, prestigious resorts, TV commercials and other VIP holiday spots.
The edgeless corner of the pool ends with a spillway that is 2-6mm lower than the water level in the reservoir. The liquid flows through the spillway into the overflow channel at the rear, then into the catchment basin and back into the main basin. The concept of an infinity pool was born in France. Now these impressive reservoirs are being built in the world's richest hotels and very fashionable resorts - after all, the method of creating such a structure is extremely expensive. But the effect is well worth it!

The construction of an Infinity pool is an extremely labour intensive process.

The Aura SkyPool is an infinity pool with overflow sides located on the fiftieth floor of the Palm Tower Hotel on The Palm Jumeirah Island. The Spanish company Sunset Hospitality Group is the creator of this picturesque feature.
